Our room was clean and comfortable. The Front Desk and Travel Desk staff were very responsive to our needs. We arrived on a very early flight and the staff was able to able to temporarily store our luggage and proceed with check in as soon as it was possible. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. The Metro from the Airport was clean and efficient. It was not difficult to get a reloadable Metro pass at the Airport Metro Station. Teynampet Metro Station is only 5 min away from the hotel if you don't mind a short walk. From Teynampet it is easy to travel to the Airport and to Chennai Central Station. It was not difficult to request the hotel car for other destinations.

This is a benchmark hotel. Everything is just excellent...and we have stayed in over a hundred hotels worldwide. The Reception - One of the warmest receptions I've ever had from a hotel Priya was such a pleasant and caring host. Each morning she would come and greet us at our breakfast table and enquire about our stay. The Breakfast - Unmatched, wide spread, tasty, cooked for you on the spot with a smile, plenty of choice and fantastic service. I've never looked forward to having breakfast like I did at GRT. The Rooms were absolutely impeccable, going up and down those huge glass bubble lifts was like takinf a joy ride each time

The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, making check-in smooth and easy. They were friendly and eager to help with any questions or requests. Additionally, the maintenance staff were also very friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with any issues promptly. Overall, the hospitality here made my stay much more enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, no-fuss experience.

It was nice that I could communicate with them via WhatsApp. The food was great, lots of options and it was a great way to get familiarised with the Indian cuisine. I stayed here with my mom whose spice tolerance was very low if not zero. She didn’t wanna miss out on the food so she tried several dishes and worked her way up. Thankfully there were enough options for her. Overall, a comfortable stay and would recommend it to anybody.

After we left the hotel, Mr Gokul FOM took the trouble to call and ask about further explanation on the ssues faced by us I'm pleasantly surprised of the hotels initiative taken to check on the guests stay to improve their services and staff training. He assured it won't be an issue the next time. I will definitely come back as I know we had a good memory of the hotel and my family had a good time. The pasta dish we ordered for room service was exceptional!
